Devan is one of our newly licensed agents. She spent her college years at the University of Cincinnati majoring in Marketing and Professional Sales and graduated with her Bachelor’s in 2014. Devan then went on to start her career at Total Quality Logistics as a trainer where she found her passion training and educating others. From there she moved to the pharmacy industry where she traveled cross country and continued training, managing, and developing others.
Devan is getting married on August 11th, 2023 and is looking forward to starting a family with her soon to be husband, Justin Sergent. When they are not each working on building their growing businesses, they love to spend their free time boating on the lake or anywhere outdoors.
Devan is eager to continue to learn and grow in this business as she helps more families find their forever homes!
Q: What do you think sets you apart as an agent?
A: I have always had a passion for working with and helping people. What sets me apart is my genuine care for my clients I love to learn their stories and assure that I help educate them on the market so they can find the best house where they can build their home.
Q: What inspired you to join the Bowling & Kugler team?
A: I purchased and sold my first home with Bowling & Kugler. Drew Nichols was my agent. I loved seeing his passion for the industry and loved that the broker, Bob Kugler was always willing and able to be involve in the process as well. Working with this team definitely sparked my initial interest in the industry.
